HOW TO GET IN CONTACT WITH US read here how to send emails so they reach us 100% due to the massive spam mails these times in email we have to introduce some rules with email communication: it is quite easy if you follow these guide lines the emais will be read by us. 1) use any of the emails you got when you bought, or you can use the info adress that is given on our website. 2) you must use the word "vray" in the titel of the email. all emails that have no "vray" in titel will be filtered. we hope you understand this, it is to make a better communication with our users possible. if for any case the mail contact doesn't work, feel free to call us by phone, the number you find also in our website. we are normally reachable from mo-fr from 9-18h european time. |
